this is a nice pouch and the ipad 1 and 2 fits. ipad1 is a bit tightener than the ipad2 but it works fine. The inside is very soft so no damage to the screen. You must know that there is no hard cover inside the pouch, so the ipad is not protected. But when you put it in your bag along with other hard stuff like books or so, its no problem.I think its a nice bag for your ipad 1 or 2, it looks a lot nicer than the normal cases and bags for the ipad.
